Some of my users are not getting their license activation emails
First, ask the user to check their spam and junk email folders for their activation email. If you need to generate the email again simply go through the Celigo CloudExtend Setup to do so (screen shot below). When you get to the license allocation step (2nd screen shot) uncheck the user with the license email issue, click next, then back to navigate to the license allocation screen again. Check off the user and then click next until complete. The user should receive their activation email and be good to go.
