Email Notification due to Celigo CloudExtend Scripts Contact Sync Error
Issue: Notification Email about
Celigo Scripts tried to create a contact but couldn't. We suspect some issue with the standard contact form. We expect standard contact form to have no additional mandatory fields than what come by default. Please check this up and rerun the scripts.
Calendar sync scripts create 'NetSuite contact record' for attendees if there isn't a matching one already. This email is sent when such a contact creation fails. As suggested in the email body, please check that you are using the 'standard contact form' in NetSuite CloudExtend Setup and that there are no additional mandatory fields in this form, other than default ones.
Go to Setup > Custom > CloudExtend Setup > 2nd step - Contact Settings select "Standard Contact Form"
