Licensing errors with CloudExtend for Gmail
If you are receiving an error that you do not have a valid license when using your Gmail extension be sure to check that your email address is exactly the same in both Gmail and in the NetSuite employee record, this includes the case, ie Lsmith@xyz.com is not consider the same as email@example.com.
Please also ensure that there is only one version (the latest version) of the Celigo extension active at a time. We have seen instances in the past where we pushed a major release with a net new extension and customers tried to run with both extensions.
We've also found that certain Chrome extensions can also cause issues.One customer was using Privacy Badger from the EFF (Ad-Blocking). Once she disabled that extension the Celigo license was recognized.
