I cannot create a new template or import a template after I have installed and logged into CloudExtend Excel for NetSuite for the first time.

If you try either of the following the first time you login to CloudExtend:

  1. Trying to create a template and it will not let you proceed (screen just keeps refreshing but nothing happens)
  2. Trying to import a template for the first time and you get an error message


you likely do not have web services enabled.  To assign web services to your role please follow these instructions.  Once enabled you should be able to create and import templates.
