What if my Connector/Integration is already on

If you are currently using a Connector or customer solution, you do not need to complete the UI Unification Upgrade.  However, there has been a change to how you will access Customer Compass, our support site.  

With all customers using the same interface, we are happy to announce that Customer Compass, our support site, is now integrated into the interface through SSO.  This means that you no longer need a separate username and password to enter support tickets or view product articles.  You will simply click the help (?) icon located within the UI and you will be directed to the Customer Compass site.  To learn more, please view the video below.
