Troubleshoot license issues in CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite

Issue Description:

The Celigo CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite App prompts that the user does not have access to CloudExtend Gmail and suggests to contact their NetSuite administrator.

Troubleshooting Steps:

Question 1: Are you given access to Celigo CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite by your NetSuite Administrator?

If No, reach out to your NetSuite Administrator to get access to Celigo CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite.

If Yes, continue.

Question 2: Is your email ID in your NetSuite Employee record in all lower case?

If No, get your email ID corrected to all lowercase by your NetSuite Administrator

If Yes,

Final Step: Ask your NetSuite administrator to reassign your Celigo CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite access (remove it completely and then add it back).
