Steps To Resolve Error

  1. Make sure NetSuite employee is licensed
  2. Ensure email addresses of NetSuite Employee and Gmail user is same. If not create the Celigo Employee Gmail custom record to map NetSuite employee with Gmail address. Steps can be found here.
