I Keep Getting Emails Regarding Celigo Gmail Transactions Subsidiary Script Error

Definition

When a Customer is using a non-NetSuite OneWorld account, they might receive script error email notifications after installing the CloudExtend bundle or whenever the bundle gets updated. These script errors can be safely ignored but if the customer is encountering issues in NetSuite such as being unable to create records (i.e. Invoices, Cash Sales, etc.), the script can be un-deployed.

Examples of these script errors are found below:

Steps To Resolve Error
The temporary workaround is to un-deploy all script deployments by performing the following steps:

1. Go to Customization > Scripting Scripts.
2. Change the Type drop down to Client. Click the Deployments link in the Celigo Gmail Transactions Subsidiary script.

3. Tick the Show Undeployed checkbox to make the Deployed column visible.
4. Uncheck all script deployments and click the Submit button.

Please take note that according to our Engineers, this script is intended to assist in the Create New and Attach functionality on the SO from Gmail, which will not work once the script is undeployed. A screenshot of the Create New and Attach feature can be found below:

Additional Notes:
A fix will be released in future updates. Long-term plan is to change the design of the Create New and Attach functionality completely. Currently, it opens up NetSuite forms in iframe, which causes certain limitations as NetSuite forms are not optimized for iframe.
