Message is not syncing or Blank Messages are synced


There are times when the Auth Token which connects Google and Netsuite expires and needs to be refreshed. To do this, you need to re-grant the license through the CloudExtend Setup Wizard in NetSuite.

Steps To Resolve
Verify OAuth token is valid - [Only way is by Re-validating the OAuth token from Setup Wizard]

Note: this should be done only by a Google and NetSuite Administrator
