GDrive: Overview of CloudExtend GDrive

Overview of CloudExtend GDrive

Save NetSuite storage space (and money) by using CloudExtend to attach a wide variety of file types to Google Drive and associate them with NetSuite Records. Even automatically associate new files with NetSuite Records by dropping them into a Google Folder (without ever opening NetSuite) or use CloudExtend to locate, attach, and edit G Drive Folders/File from within NetSuite.

Key Features

With CloudExtend Google Drive, you can:

  • Attach files and documents from Google Drive to NetSuite records,
  • Directly upload files and documents to Google Drive from NetSuite while attaching the documents to records simultaneously,
  • Create a new Google document from within NetSuite and have that document automatically attached to a NetSuite record, and
