CloudExtend Excel for NetSuite - Security FAQ

Is Celigo SOC compliant?

Celigo’s integrator.io platform is SOC 2 Type 1 compliant. CloudExtend Excel for NetSuite leverages the integrator.io platform for authentication to NetSuite.

How does CloudExtend integrate with NetSuite?

Users login to the CloudExtend App with their NetSuite credentials which are encrypted using AES 256 and stored in the local browser cache. Each time the user executes an operation, CloudExtend sends the request and the encrypted credentials over an encrypted TLS connection to integrator.io which then executes the operation via NetSuite web services.  This process allows for all user actions to be attributed to the user in the NetSuite audit logs and System Notes and also ensures that NetSuite access and permissions are limited to those allowed by the role the user selects when logging in.

Does CloudExtend store NetSuite data?

Celigo licenses servers from Amazon Web Services (AWS), a secure, reliable, flexible, and scalable cloud services platform. At no time is NetSuite data persisted on AWS. Data is only transformed in memory and is passed through AWS servers. Licensing information (name, NetSuite login email, and Company details) are persisted on AWS servers. Usage details such as records created, number of logins, etc, are collected by third party applications such as Splunk for monitoring and performance purposes.
